Upon your arrival in Perth, if required, you will be greeted at Perth Airport for your complimentary transfer to our accommodation for the first night. The tour will officially kick off at the hotel’s restaurant, Heno & Rey, at 6:30 PM, where you will enjoy a welcome drink and dinner. This is also a great opportunity to meet your fellow travelers and the KOT crew.

Leaving the city lights behind, we journey eastward over the Darling Escarpment toward York, one of Western Australia’s oldest towns, nestled on the banks of the Avon River.
As we travel through the picturesque Wheatbelt, we are greeted by rolling hills adorned with blooming wildflowers. A must-see stop is the Corrigin Dog Cemetery, a heartfelt tribute to man's best friend.
Next, we embark on a 12-kilometre stretch along the famed 'Tin Horse Highway,' where we can admire a whimsical collection of tin horses that line the road.
Our adventure continues to Hyden, where we can explore Hippo's Yawn and Wave Rock, a stunning granite formation that rises 15 meters and stretches 100 metres long, resembling a giant surf break. Enjoy the scenery with a short walk along the base while soaking in the beauty of the wildflowers.

Today's journey begins as we travel along unsealed roads, departing from the Wheatbelt and entering the Goldfields region. We delve into the rich history of the pioneers who settled this land, including a section of the John Holland Track. W
We soon enter the Great Western Woodlands with salmon gums and stunning salt lakes.
After a brief stop in Norseman we hit the bitumen and make our south to the crystal clear waters and powder white beaches of Esperance. Here, we encounter breathtaking National Parks, the picturesque South Coast, and the charming town of Esperance.
We will spend two nights here, with our accommodation located along the town's foreshore.

Today, we venture beyond the town to discover the nearby National Parks.
Our first stop is Cape Le Grand (Lucky Bay), where we search for kangaroos on the stunning white, squeaky sandy beach. Next, we head to Cape Arid to appreciate the breathtaking beauty of the south coast and seek out vibrant wildflowers.
Upon returning to town, we will visit Mermaid Leather to learn how fish skin is transformed into durable, functional leather. The day will conclude with time to unwind and enjoy some leisure activities at your own pace.

Departing Esperance, we will take the coastal route to enjoy a scenic stop at Twilight Cove before crossing the Rabbit Proof Fence at Starvation Bay.
Our next destination along the way is Hopetoun, situated at the boundary of Fitzgerald National Park.
We will delve into the breathtaking beauty of Fitzgerald National Park, featuring vibrant wildflowers and stunning coastal views. This area boasts unspoiled wilderness along one of the most magnificent stretches of the West Australian coastline.
Upon our arrival in Albany, we will settle into our accommodation for three nights, located on the edge of Princess Royal Harbour.

Today, we embark on a journey back in time to explore the rich history of Albany. Our first stop is the National ANZAC Centre, followed by a visit to the Desert Mounted Corps Memorial atop Mount Clarence, where we can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and the town.
Next, we will explore Albany’s Historic Whaling Station and wander through the wildflower and wildlife garden located to the east at Cheynes Beach.
After a day filled with adventure, we will head to Torndirrup National Park, home to the stunning Natural Bridge and The Gap, both remarkable landmarks on the town's outskirts.
As we conclude our exciting day, we will return to Albany and dine at one of the charming local restaurants by the harbour.

Heading north of Albany, we explore Stirling Range National Park, home to Bluff Knoll, the tallest peak in the South West. We can enjoy some short walks to truly appreciate the park's stunning beauty.
Porongurup National Park is a special place to stroll among the towering karri and marri trees, immersing ourselves in the wonders of nature.
On our way back to Albany, we’ll stop by Mt Barker for some leisure time in town before enjoying dinner at one of the numerous restaurants.

Travelling further into the southwestern corner of Western Australia today, our first destination is William Bay and Elephant Rocks, near Denmark. We take a moment to immerse ourselves in the stunning beauty of the bay, and for the adventurous, a refreshing dip in the ocean could be a tempting option.
Continuing along the coastal highway, we head into Mt Frankland National Park, the only other location in WA besides Rottnest Island where you can find quokkas. We embark on a walk to the lookout perched high above the treetops, keeping our eyes peeled for a quokka along the way.
Our next adventure takes us deep into the Walpole wilderness, where we explore The Valley of the Giants Treetop Walk, standing an impressive 40 meters above the ancient giant tingle trees.
After a scenic drive through the region's forests, we arrive at Karri Valley, nestled on the edge of Lake Beedelup within Greater Beedelup National Park.
We enjoy a delightful meal at the restaurant, with a picturesque view of the lake.

Start your day with a soothing morning stroll around the lake and into the National Park, leading you to Beedelup Falls. As you walk among the towering karri trees, along with jarrah and marri, you'll be surrounded by the enchanting sounds of the forest.
In the afternoon, enjoy an enlightening cruise along the Donnelly River. This journey will take you from the Karri region to the coastline, navigating through the D’Entrecasteaux National Park, a stunning area accessible only by boat.
On our return to Karri Valley, we’ll pass through Pemberton, known as a ‘timber town,’ and Manjimup, famous for its ‘pink lady’ apples, cherries, and truffles.

Today, we journey to the most south-westerly point of Australia, where the Southern and Indian Oceans meet. Our adventure begins with a tour of the tallest lighthouse on the mainland: the Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse.
After enjoying the views from the lighthouse, we will delve into the depths of Jewel Cave, exploring its three chambers filled with stunning stalactites, stalagmites, and limestone formations.
As we travel north along the coast, we will pause at Hamlin Bay to observe the stingrays near the water's edge, before winding our way along Caves Road through the enchanting Boranup Forest to reach Margaret River.
Throughout our journey, we will make scenic stops to take in the breathtaking coastal moments, finally settling into our accommodation in Busselton for a two-night stay.

This morning, we venture into the northern region of the South West. Our journey may include a stroll along a section of the Cape to Cape track, a visit to the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, and a stop at the Warden Aboriginal Cultural Centre.
After a lively morning that will surely work up an appetite, indulging in a well-deserved lunch and wine tasting at one of the local wineries is essential. Following this, we’ll make our way to the town of Margaret River, where you can browse the shops and sample the local delicacies.
At the end of this exciting day filled with exploration, tasting, and enjoyment, we will return to our accommodation.

Today, you can choose to embark on an optional train ride or take a leisurely walk along Busselton Jetty before enjoying a guided tour of the underwater observatory, where we’ll descend eight metres to the ocean floor.
As we begin our journey back from the South West to the vibrant city lights of Perth, we carry with us the wonderful memories we've created.
To wrap up our adventure, we share a farewell dinner, reminiscing about the incredible experiences we've had together.
