  • Our journey begins in the vibrant port city of Fremantle, where historic charm meets modern allure. Check into the Warders Hotel, a boutique retreat steeped in the stories of its past as a haven for prison wardens, when Western Australia was first established. Meet your fellow travelers for an early dinner, at Emily Taylor, where you will have the opportunity to dive into the local culinary scene, and to enjoy some locally produced beers and wines. As the sun sets, we’ll head across to the historic Fremantle Prison for an experience you will never forget. It’s fascinating, spooky, and entertaining, as you have the opportunity to delve into the haunting history of one of Western Australia’s most brutal prisons, where the walls resonate with tales of hardship, resilience, and intrigue. We’ll then overnight at the Warders Hotel.

  • After an early breakfast, we’ll embark on a scenic drive to the coastal town of Geraldton, stopping to marvel at the sweeping views from Kings Park of the Swan River and the City of Perth, and paying homage to fallen heroes at the State War Memorial. Leaving the City, we’ll travel along the Indian Ocean coastline, before arriving at the enigmatic Pinnacles rising from the sandy landscape. This is truly an otherworldly sight to behold. We’ll enjoy a picnic style lunch in one of the beautiful Western Australian towns along the coastline, before arriving in Geraldton, where you will be fascinated by its maritime heritage. We’ll visit the poignant HMAS Sydney WW2 Memorial, before arriving at the Ocean Centre Hotel, where we will be spending the night. Our journey then leads us to the picturesque coastal town of Kalbarri, where the rugged beauty of the landscape beckons. It will then be time for lunch, and we’ll indulge in a scenic picnic lunch amidst the serene beauty of Shell Beach, where millions of tiny shells create a shimmering coastline unlike any other. We’ll arrive at Monkey Mia Resort in the late afternoon, in time to unpack and settle in before sunset drinks and dinner.

  • We’ll begin our day with a hearty breakfast, before heading to the shoreline to watch the daily enchanting ritual of the locals - feeding the wild dolphins who frolic freely in the Shark Bay waters. We’ll then head to the neighbouring town of Denham, where you’ll have the opportunity to dive into the captivating history and natural marvels of Shark Bay at the Discovery Centre. After a busy morning, we'll return to Monkey Mia to enjoy an afternoon for rest and relaxation, before the unforgettable nighttime adventure led by Darren 'Capes' Capewell, a local Aboriginal elder, and birthplace inhabitant of this ancient land. Gathered around a warm campfire, we’ll indulge in fresh seafood and bush tucker cooked over the open fire, while learning about local Aboriginal culture and history, and immersing ourselves in dreamtime stories. Serenaded by the mesmerizing sounds of the didgeridoo, whilst watching kangaroos, echidnas, and other native wildlife in their nocturnal habitat, this is an evening filled with wonder and discovery amidst the beauty of Shark Bay's ancient landscapes.

  • After breakfast, we’ll depart Monkey Mia Resort for an immersive journey to Dirk Hartog Island, a rugged sanctuary teeming with natural wonders and historical significance. We’ll travel across to the Island by boat, enjoying the opportunity to see the Ocean’s ‘Big Five’ in their natural habitat. Upon arrival, we’ll visit the idyllic beach, much photographed beach of Turtle Bay, home to the endangered Loggerhead turtles, where they nest and breed annually, offering a rare glimpse into the ancient rhythms of nature and some of the rarest sightings in the world. We’ll continue to Cape Inscription, the historic landing site of the first European explorer, Dirk Hartog, in 1616, where we will have the opportunity to stand at this pivotal point in history, surrounded by sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. We’ll enjoy a picnic lunch, before travelling to the mesmerizing blowholes, the vibrant shark nursery and ascending Herold Heights for panoramic vistas, to witness the island's profound beauty. After a day of discovery, we will return to Monkey Mia for our final evening in this idyllic coastal paradise.

  • Departing from Monkey Mia, our journey will continue towards Carnarvon, a town known as the ‘food bowl’ of Western Australia. The road to Carnarvon is interesting – true Western Australian outback. On route, we will stop to explore Eagle Bluff, offering breathtaking views of the coastline and marine life below. We’ll enjoy a picnic lunch upon arrival in Carnarvon, before exploring the town’s Heritage Precinct, where beautifully preserved buildings and landmarks offer a glimpse into Carnarvon's early days as a pioneering settlement. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the iconic ‘Mile 1 Jetty’, a historic landmark that once served as a vital hub for shipping goods to and from Carnarvon. After checking into our accommodation, we’ll indulge in local delicacies, overlooking the serene waterfront. Expect to step back in time, as we discover the rich tapestry of heritage and culture in this fascinating, culturally diverse Western Australian town

Along the way, we'll stop to marvel at the striking landscapes of King Charles Knife Canyon, where towering cliffs and rugged gorges paint a mesmerizing tapestry of colour across the horizon. Here, we’ll enjoy a delightful picnic lunch, surrounded by the serene beauty of the outback. After lunch, we’ll continue our journey, stopping at the Ningaloo Aquarium and Discovery Centre, a hub of exploration where the wonders of the underwater world await. This centre provides an opportunity to truly immerse yourself in the vibrant marine life and coral reefs that define this UNESCO World Heritage Site, gaining insights into the delicate balance of this unique ecosystem. After another day of awe-inspiring discovery, we’ll arrive at Exmouth Escape resort, where comfort and relaxation await us for our final stay of the tour.
